Are your pieces microwave-safe & dishwasher-safe?

At Lipay Manila, we believe that items for your home should be both beautiful and durable for everyday use. All stoneware pieces posted on our website are microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. Our partner potters have carefully chosen lead-free clay and glaze, so you're assured the pieces are non-toxic and food-safe.

Can I use my Lipay pieces on the stove?

No. The pieces should not be used on top of an open fire or range.

Product Care Information

Avoid rapid temperature change (e.g. fridge to microwave) as thermal shock for stoneware has the potential to crack or chip.

Are the products imported?

Our current pieces are proudly made in the Philippines. We think there is no better time to support local than now. 🇵🇭

Are the products used?

We believe in providing only the best quality pieces for you. All items on our website are brand new, unused, and not overruns.



FOR SHIPPING - Nationwide shipping is done via GogoXpress, or via NinjaVan in areas not covered by Gogoxpress. You may check if your area is covered here. Shipping fees vary based on weight, dimensions, and the destination. An additional 1% item protection fee shall be added to the total shipping cost. This fee covers insurance for damage and loss. Please note that by choosing this method, a follow up email will be sent to you for your total shipping fee. Payments for shipping fee may be settled via Bank Deposit (BPI or BDO) or Gcash. Please give us 3-5 business days to prepare and pack your order.

Self Pick-up/ Courier Pick-up - FOR PICK UP

FOR PICK UP- Customers may do self pick-up, or arrange for a courier (Grab Express, Lalamove, Mr Speedy) pickup. Items shall be shipped from Makati City. Courier pick-ups shall be booked and shouldered by the buyer. Please give us 3-5 days to prepare your order. Once your order is ready, an email will be sent to you for the pickup address details and schedule. 

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the Philippines. We're hoping to be available for international customers soon. 



Because each item is hand-made, we only accepts returns and refunds for items that are defective or damaged. These are subject to careful assessment. If you received a defective item, please message us within 5 days of receiving your order. You may email us at hello@lipaymanila.comor message us via Instagram @lipay.mnl to process return/refund.

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged.

Once ready, we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup or Gogoxpress/Ninjavan delivery.

Bulk Orders
