Returns and Refunds

Because each item is hand-made, we only accept returns and refunds for items that are defective. These are subject to careful assessment. Returns must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and its original packaging.

Damages and issues
All our pieces go through quality control before we pack and ship out to you. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
